Starvedog Lane produces wine from Adelaide Hills in South Australia. The combination of cool Mediterranean type climate, meticulous site selection and free draining soils produce wine of opulent and style. The marriage of old and new world winemaking techniques are use to ensure that the aromas and flavour derived in the vineyard are preserved. Each small parcel of fruit brought into the vineyard is kept separate right up until blending to ensure the very best wine is produce.
