These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with WOMEN INSPIRED by wine. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights. All references to 'us', 'we' or the 'company' refer to WOMEN INSPIRED by wine. 'You' or the 'customer' refers to the person responsible for placing the order. By placing an order with WOMEN INSPIRED by wine, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Orders
We are pleased to accept orders from mainland United Kingdom, its associated islands and BFPO addresses. We do not however process orders that originate outside the U.K. nor deliver to addresses that are outside of the U.K. or P.O. boxes.
We will accept orders via telephone, online transaction, e-mail and post. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro but cannot process American Express or swipe only cards such as Electron. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of the order. No orders will be accepted without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder and its registered address. Cheques and postal orders must be made payable to WOMEN INSPIRED by wine. We reserve the right to hold goods until the payment has cleared. Therefore we do not dispatch goods within three working days if payment is via cheque or postal order.
Damaged Items and Delivery Mistakes
In the event of any goods being delivered faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect according to the delivery note/invoice then we must be notified within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the courier company. Liability, in those cases, is limited to the value of those items shown not to have been received by the customer.
Delivery
We are not able to offer a next-day (express) delivery service to Highlands of Scotland, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland.
Items ordered will be processed, dispatched and delivered within 3 working days of receipt. Goods will need to be signed for in order to avoid any delays. We reserve the right to deliver the goods to the cardholders address. We regret to say that there is a £10.00 surcharge should the parcel need to be re-routed to a different address once it has been despatched. While we make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place within three working days on items that are currently in stock, we cannot guarantee any delivery times. In the event that we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order we will inform you within three working days.
Please note
Any order returned to us due to failed delivery (i.e. where our couriers have attempted delivery, left contact cards and received no reply from the customer) will be charged a flat rate of £5.00 restocking fee, whether the customer requests the order to be resent or cancelled. This also applies to orders cancelled once dispatched.
Price and Print Errors
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all details published are correct no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice.
Prices
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and include UK VAT at 15% unless clearly stated otherwise (i.e. Channel Islands and some BFPO addresses.) All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Products
Products are sold as stated. Although we make every effort to ensure that we have stock we cannot guarantee that every item online is in stock. Please call 0207 55660055 for stock availability. Should products be out of stock you will be e-mailed within three working days. (Please ensure that your e-mail is correct when placing the order.) Every effort is also made to ensure that the colours listed and pictures on the site are accurate however due to technical limitations some colours may vary slightly.
Shopping is Safe at WOMEN INSPIRED by wine
Shopping is safe with WOMEN INSPIRED by wine as all details are sent using encrypted software. This means that credit card details sent are coded in such a way that, in the extremely unlikely event that someone is somehow able to obtain this information, only we can decode the information to obtain your credit card details. The credit card details are encrypted on your PC through the "encryption" page and they are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The method used is 128-bit encryption. Please note that none of our customers has ever reported to us fraudulent use of their credit card as a result of shopping with WOMEN INSPIRED by wine
Guarantee & Faulty Items
All products are guaranteed for twelve months unless otherwise stated from the original date of invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear due to defective workmanship or materials so long as the product was used for its intended purpose. This guarantee excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse. (Use for other than intended purpose of item.) The guarantee is still only for defective workmanship and materials and does not cover natural wear and tear or ageing. In the event of a product failing please call or e-mail us with details of the product, fault and age. A proof of purchase is necessary and the item must be returned in a clean and dry condition, any items returned in a state other than above will be returned to sender due to Health and Safety regulations. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every order placed with us.
If you wish to return an item for any reason you may do so within 14 days from receipt of the goods ensuring that we are informed prior to the item being returned. We must also be informed if a refund or exchange is required.
A non-faulty item must be in its original condition with the labels attached and a copy of the invoice.
Worn or used items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless it is found by the manufacturer to have a fault.
Returned items must reach us within a further 7 days from notification and you will be refunded or exchanged as soon as we receive the item and upon inspection to ensure that it is in its original condition.
Postage and packing will be charged at cost for a 2nd delivery of a correct size.

Complaints
